Job Description
Summary:
- Provide IT technical support to CIT SYS. and its clients. Duties and responsibilities include managing IT systems infrastructure, networking, research and development, provide support for solutions offered by CITSYS.
Job Description includes the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Install, configure and maintain CIT SYS software and IT systems in-house and at client sites
- Design configure and deploy network and related infrastructure
- Provider remote Customer support when necessary, ensure customer uptime requirements are met
- Insure compliance with all “The Client” policies and procedures lead efforts to modernize, upgrade, and convert customers’ existing equipment
- Ensure the product/s and services are delivered to the specification of the client
- Conduct research on existing solutions and alternate solutions and product offerings to ensure we are always providing our customers with the best in the market
- Ensure the day to day administrative procedure as conducted with a high level of detail.
- Provide technical training for in-house team and clients
- Participate in growth of company through continual business development
