Job Description

• To oversee the conformity of all portfolios to their respective investment management agreements signed between Firm and Client.
• To ensure that each portfolio performs at par or better than the indices and benchmarks.
• To make sure Clients have beyond satisfactory service experience, particularly in reporting (statements) timely and with clarity, and an excellent client retention ratio through relationship management.
• Coordinate, manage and monitor the work of all portfolio Managers in their discharge of duties.
• Interact closely with Portfolio Managers and traders to ensure timely and accurate execution of investment strategies across client portfolios; determine effective implementation of ideas across portfolio mandates with different constraints.
• Rebalance portfolios in response to cash flows, benchmark changes, market price movements, and changes in Client guidelines.
• Monitor positions relative to Client guidelines and verify transactions are consistent with guidelines.
• Interact with many areas of the firm to improve processes and minimize operational risks.
• To perform analysis of, and track performance and risks across Client portfolios; analyses risk exposures and key market sensitivities of positions in portfolio.
• To daily ensure the compliance of all fund sunder management to regulatory and statutory regimes.
• To oversee the efficient administration of the Customer Service Code.
• To explore regenerative and creative innovations that can continuously set the Company’s Customer Service experience ahead of the pack.
• To advise management on relationship enhancement strategies and raise critical relationship threats for quick resolution.
