Job Description

  • Must possess HND/ First Degree or relevant professional qualification
  • Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing and collating reports
  • Filing documents
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Prioritizing workloads
  • Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
  • Liaising with relevant organizations and client

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree or secretarial qualification.
  • 2 years working experience
  • Good written and oral communication skills, to deal with people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Must have skills in setting priority and managing work pressures.
  • Attention to detail and record keeping.
  • Skilled in computer related functions of Microsoft suite and other software.
  • Females encouraged to apply.
  • Living at Dodowa or its environs is an advantage
