Job Description

Our client, a real estate and construction company is currently seeking to hire a proactive Sales Executive to help with their operations in Ghana.

Role Profile

The successful candidate will initiate and maintain communication with all current and new sales leads, assist potential clients through the entire purchase process, including education, evaluation, qualification, pricing and proposal-signing.

 

Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Build your own cliental base and take responsibility in managing such accounts
  • Identify and analyse customer and business opportunities
  • Prepare deal proposals, tender documents and all required contractual agreements in accordance with all applicable contracts and our operating procedures, policies and processes
  • Initiate new business, monitor and drive improvement of customer relations of your respective client base
  • Timely management of orders, stock and delivery of supplies in compliance with budgets and Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
  • Assist in enforcing high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency in the sales planning process
  • Facilitate and administrate successful implementation of sales initiatives & management of new opportunities
  • Develop measures that support key business objectives

Required Skills or Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales/ Marketing or related field
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales or similar position
  • Business development experience is an added advantage

Requirement

  • Must have tract record of achieving sales target
  • Must have strong leadership Skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be a fast learner
  • Must be trustworthy and ethical – High level of Integrity
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have strong numerical skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
