Job Description

1. Establish business methodology and process for Hosting Project based on strong understanding of the local telecom market and trend of Digital and VAS (Value-Added Services such as Content Services, Mobile Video, Game, CallerTunes, Callerfeel, etc.) 
2. Design in collaboration with the BD team, an annual business plan for the services.
3. Direct and supervise team members to effectively implement and execute the business plan according to company and customer expectations.
4. Build strong relationship with local telecom operators and execute the presentation and communication of business development proposal. 
5. Dedicate in particular operation work, provide operation plan and implement routine operation flow to team members.
6. Monitor and analyze service operation data, provide promotion suggestion, communicate with correlative team or department to coordinate operation flow.
7. Support projects in terms of delivery plan, key milestone assessment as well as project governance.
8. Understand customer expectations and liaise internally with support team and engineers to implement solution.
9. Support financial and settlement work flow.
10. Effective communication with executive customers and other teammates.
11. Leading team members to achieve the team target.
12. Any other assigned duty

Required Skills or Experience

1. Experience: 5+ years in the telecom industry, Internet industry or VAS service provider; experience of managing VAS and/or digital business is preferred. 
2. Skills: 
   • Understanding of business development in Content Management and project management is preferred.
   • Deep understanding of mobile internet, Telecom VAS and Digital Service is preferred.
   • Proven record of service business development in related industry. Global business management experience is a plus.
   • Expert in user experience improvement, data analysis, content management or user market promotion is preferred.
   • Strong team management skills.
3. Attributes: Result-oriented, passionate and team spirit. 
4. Established links or relationship in telecom or entertainment industry, especially in Video.
5. Language: Proficiency in verbal and written English. Good communication skills.
6. Education: Relevant first degree (Bachelor) required. MBA is a plus!
7. Age Limit: Between 30 – 40 years
