Job Description

• Supervise the appropriate adaptation of assortment of supply per store depending on parameters of attraction, proximity and franchises, optimizing the allocated spaces.
• Create plans of supply depending on the defined trade policy.
• Coordinate and establish a negoatiation plan of his supplies and communicate it to the vendors.
• State sales margin and margin KPI's to achieve the defined objectives.
• Monitor the objectives and propose actions to correct deviations.
• Monitor sales and margins of the department as well as the market and competitor analysis.
• State loyalty and promotional offers customizing it to the shops and also communicating the seasonal offers through pamphlets, monographs etc.

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree Holder
• Specialized knowledge in Retail Software (AX Dynamics, Enterprise Resource Planning {ERP})
• Professional certification in Chartered Institute of Marketing Association (CIMA), Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP) is a plus
• Five (5) years and above experience in a retail (supermarket) industry
