Job Description

Trade has significant traction working with maize and is looking to grow to other commodity markets in Ghana. We are looking for people who are confident, self-motivated, and excellent communicators in both English and Dagbani to join our sales team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Making sales trips to villages within the Northern Region.
• Recording relevant basic data about farmers (name, cellphone number, location, yearly output, etc.) using the provided software products of the company.
• Being the company's ambassador in old and new villages.
• Communicating product changes to old customers via sales presentations and phone calls.

Required Skills or Experience

• Must have a good first degree or HND in a relevant area.
• Must have at least two years experience in sales.
• Must be skilled at computer devices such as an iPad.
• Should possess strong interest in working for a startup.
• Ability to speak Dagbani (non-negotiable).
• Highly skilled at speaking, reading and writing in English.
• Please note any other languages in your application.
• Strong interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
• Able to ride a motor bike.
