Job Description

The candidate is responsible for

• Achieve the profitability of the branch
• Efficiently manage the loan portfolio of the branch
• Effective Liability and Asset Generation
• Management of Profit & Loss  / Balance Sheet of the branch

Reporting:

• The Branch shall report to the Head of Marketing Development.

Required Skills or Experience

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University 
• A Professional qualification/post graduate degree will be an advantage
• A minimum of five years relevant experience in a reputable financial institutions in Ghana.
• Candidate must have been in a branch / relationship management position
• Strong communication, marketing and analytical skills is required.
