Job Description

The candidate is responsible for

• Mobilize cheap demand deposits and fixed term deposits to meet set targets.
• Ensure the highest quality loan portfolio by conforming to the company’s risk management policies and practices.
• Package and make recommendations of credit request for the Credit Committee’s approval.
• Provide tremendous relationship management delivery to all clients.
• Any other duties assigned.

Reporting:
The Relationship Officer shall report to the Branch Manager.

Required Skills or Experience

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University is required
• At least two (2) years relevant experience in a reputable financial institutions with a good working knowledge of the Greater Accra, Tema or Nsawam market. 
• Candidate should possess strong communication, marketing and analytical skills.
