Job Description

Job Purpose

To maintain a cordial atmosphere that allows customers to carry out business in comfort.

Job Responsibility

The candidate is responsible for

Organize mini branch operational review meetings to discuss and analyze and update the team on trends and best practices.
Ensure that transactions are processed timely and error/ fraud free.
Responsible for reconciling and proofing of the branch GLs.
Keep all records of registers as mandated by audit.
Provide support to the Branch Manager.

Reporting:

The Branch Head of Operations shall report to the Head, Banking Operations.

Required Skills or Experience

A Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
A Professional qualifications/post graduate degrees will be an advantage.
At least three (3) years relevant experience in a reputable financial institution.
Managed a team of at least three (3) members successfully in the last two years.
