Job Description

Support the organisation in the creation and enhancement of shareholder value through volume growth by maintaining customer relationship and executing sales order.

Sales

• Call customer to know their stock position
• Take the order  
• Check the stock position and confirm customer about delivery
• Enter the order in the system and communicate the value for deposit
• Payment follow up.
• Liaison with warehouse and export team for delivery
• Preparing daily sales report and pending order report.

Management Reporting           

• Preparing daily sales report(DSR) and pending order report.

Required Skills or Experience

• MBA in Sales & Marketing  with 2 years’ experience
• Or BBA    with 5 years of Experience
• Language proficiency : French (must) and English
