Job Description

  • Responsible for all customer communications, conflict resolution, and 
  • Provides regular two-way communication between the customers and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper customer expectations
  • Cultivating prospective relationship 
  • Communicating courteously with customer’s by telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customer 
  • Writing reports analysing the customer service that our organization provides
  • Managing a client portfolio (loans and deposits), micro businesses analysis (70% of the time spent on the field)

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of a Degree required
  • At least 1-3 years working experience 
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
  • Good sales and negotiation skills
  • An interest in financial products and markets
  • Good mathematical and computer skills
  • Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation
  • An honest and trustworthy manner
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to analyses and research information
