• Reports To: Sales Support Manager
• Location:  Accra
• Job Type: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Purpose of the Job
To convince and convert more civil servants to switch their salaries from other banks to the Company to qualify them for the Company’s loan products.

Key Accountabilities

• Market the Company’s salary switch product, convince customers to switch their salaries and facilitate the salary switch process
• Grow the Civil Servant  salary transfer portfolio of the Company by meeting monthly targets
• Educate Civil Servants on the incentives, rewards and benefits of saving with the Company and help them transfer their salaries
• Be an enabler in aiding Civil Service customers who want to switch their Salary to the Company

Compensation

• A fixed Basic Salary of GH¢500.00 a month, plus commission on any additional conversion made over the agreed monthly target. 

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum first degree from a recognized University
• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience in a universal Bank or Savings & Loans Company.
