ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will examine products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications.

DUTIES

• Read blueprints and specifications
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
• Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Accept or reject finished items
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
• Report inspection and test data

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering preferred
• 4+ years’ in quality control or quality assurance position
• 2+ years’ in a supervisory position a plus

• Must have documentation Skills
• Must have written and oral skills
• Must have knowledge in Microsoft suit
• Must have knowledge in safety Management
• Must be conversant with manufacturing Methods and Procedures
• Must Supports Innovation, CAD, Quality Engineering, Operations Research
