Job Description

The position of sales representative consists of selling goods for wholesalers or retailers to businesses or groups of individuals.

Tasks

• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms;
• Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment;
• Consult with clients after sales
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders;
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms and delivery dates;
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences;
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales;
• Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs;
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs;
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report to the administrator and copy operations officer. 

Lines of communication
You will be reporting directly to the Operations officer 

Working conditions
This is a full time job therefore work starts at 8:30 am, lunch is at 12:30 – 1:30 and work closes at 5:30.

Required Skills or Experience

• Qualification is HND, SHS.
• The office is around Batsonaa, Spintex.
