Job Description

Reporting to the MD, the jobholder shall provide direction and general oversight in the day-to-day operations of the Company,

Summary of Functions & Responsibilities

• Develop, propose and execute strategies, plans, policies and programs that achieve the purpose and objectives of the Company in consultation with the MD
• Organize and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders,  and provide liaison between management and the telecom companies.
• Key in driving revenue
• Provide strategic direction for client acquisition and loyalty
• Establish a respectful workplace environment and implement effective and efficient practices that enables a welcoming environment for clients
• Provide direction to the  team in the management of activities to achieve corporate objectives

• Work in collaboration with the  management team to develop and implement a strategic plan for the growth and expansion of the company’s operations and services
• Provide direction to all staff in the practice of quality standards and benchmarks set by the company.

MUST REALLY UNDERSTAND THE MOBILE MONEY (MM)SYSTEM

Required Skills or Experience

Knowledge in Mobile Money and Airtime
