Job Description

  • Install and configure office equipment.
  • Use digital scanners to digitize hard-copy documents.
  • Organise the digitized documents into folders and save them on drives or email them.
  • Perform basic hardware and network troubleshooting on various office equipment.
  • Periodic reports to supervisors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of HND in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ICT or related fields.
  • Basic hardware and network troubleshooting of office equipment such as printers, digital scanners etc.
  • Attentive to minute details.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
