Job Description

  • Responsible for coordinating the sales team and sales-related activities.
  • Supporting sales representatives to achieve sales targets within the company. 
  • Drive customer creation and retention in the company.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A first degree in Business Administration (Marketing Option), Social Sciences or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized institution with at least 3 years post qualification working experience in said field or 
  • A Diploma in Marketing or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized institution with at least 5 years post qualification working experience in said field.

Characteristics/Core Competencies

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills. 
  • Must be pro-active and self-motivated, a team player and innovative.
  • Must possess excellent communication and social skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks requiring a high degree of attention to detail.
