Job Description

We are an international Design Studio and Showroom based in Accra with a limited edition range of bespoke furniture and accessories. We are currently looking to fill the unique role of Design Studio & Showroom Sales Assistant to meet our sales and revenue goals for the business.

As an experienced Design and Showroom Associate, you will have an understanding and knowledge of the global and local luxury customer, homeware and design market and have great organisational skills. Your main role will be the general running of the Showroom, which includes maintaining the display and stock, must be willing to engage in house- keeping, daily interaction with clients, promoting the Showroom through social media and any additional admin role.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum 3 years work experience
• Education level of HND and above
• Previous retail and selling experience with a premium/luxury brand is preferable
• A proven track record of being an effective sales person and achieving KPI's
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with our clients
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with current social media platforms eg Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
