Job Description

A Reputable Multinational Organisation

JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Organization. The Receptionist shall be the first point of contact for the Organization and have to deal with visitor enquiries. The role reports to the Administrative Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

·   Receive visitors and direct them to the respective staff.

·   Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

·   Make local and international telephone calls

·   Make reservation of meeting room.

·   Coordinate video conference.

·    Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail/documents.

·    Place requisition for stationery to the vendors and distribute them to staff as per requirements.

Required Skills or Experience

·   A Bachelor’s degree/ HND.

·   Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

·   Advance knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office suite

·   Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

·   Good oral and written communication.

PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

·     Effective interpersonal and communication skills

·     Accuracy and attention to detail

·     Excellent time management skills and ability to multi – task and prioritise work.

·     Must have a high level of integrity and ability to work under pressure.

· ​    Exposure to a multicultural working environment
