Job Description

CALL CENTRE GRADUATE TRAINEES:
Ideal candidates should be seeking to gain experience and exposure to the Call Centre operations of the telecommunication industry; to build a career in customer service. Successful candidates shall be coached by an existing Call Centre team and be involved in the following:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer complaints/requests/enquiries
• Managing and resolving customer complaints
• Selling products and placing customer orders in CRM
• Identifying and escalating issues to appropriate departments
• Providing product and service information to customers
• Researching required information using available resources
• Processing orders, forms, and requests of customers
• Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognizing, documenting, and alerting team lead of trends in customer calls
• Following up on customer calls where necessary
• Upselling products and services
• Completing call logs and reports
