Job Description

Ideal candidates should be seeking to gain experience and exposure to the Network Operations Center (NOC) environment of the telecommunication industry. Successful candidates shall be coached by an existing NOC team and be involved in the process of ensuring maximum service availability of all network elements within the LTE and Enterprise networks. 

Interested candidate should be willing to work on weekends and on some holidays and be involved in the following:

• Participating in a 24x7 rota for monitoring and surveillance of LTE and Enterprise Networks elements
• Participating in a 24x7 rota for support for field engineers and level 2 experts
• Managing customer complaints received from customer service until resolution of such complaints
• Raising tickets and correctly assigning them to responsible teams
• Escalating issues as per escalation matrix 
• Managing notifications to all stakeholders during incident management

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION 

Candidates must one of the following:

• BSc Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• BSc Telecommunication Engineering
• BSc Computer Engineering
• BSc Computer Science

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G networks preferably 4G
• Knowledge of Fault and Incident Management 
• Network Diagnostic Skills
• Knowledge of IP/MPLS
