Job Description

• You will be taking care of our counting machines on the field and make sure that they are clean and work perfectly, as well as install new equipment
• As our machines are located throughout the whole of Ghana, you will be travelling most of the time
• You will research and establish new solutions to recurrent workshop electronic faults and also train your colleagues on knowledge acquired on training and on the job
• In order to improve practices, you will have periodic meetings with your supervisor and the other engineers in your department
• You will prepare periodic reports and fill in the forms required for our administration
• You will assist your colleagues with any other task if needed
• As you will represent the company when dealing with customers, you will always take care of your appearance

Required Skills or Experience

•  Live around Teshie/Nungua/ Tema
• Certificate: N.V.T.I. 1&2, City & Guilds 1&2 or similar
• Good background in electronics and mechanics both through work experience and certificates or diplomas
• At least one year of work experience in the same or a similar field
• Fluent in English language
• Outstanding social skills both to deal with our customers and regarding communication and teamwork with your colleagues
• Professional and friendly appearance
• Understanding of “good service” and “customer satisfaction”
• Ability to cope with pressure and stress during long trips
• Well-structured, efficient and reliable way of working
• Ability to assume responsibility and work independently whilst being alone on the field
• Availability of good references regarding your technical and social skills from previous employers

• Good background in computer (hardware and software)

• Driver’s licence and driving experience
