Job Description

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • In the pursuit of sales growth and customer satisfaction, you will responsible for new business development through sales calls, demonstrations and presentations
  • Identify customer requirements
  • Determine best solutions
  • Ensure a smooth process for customer concurrence throughout the entire implementation process
  • Ensure organizational effectiveness and growth
  • Team work to achieve individual sales goals and targets
  • Undertake regular customer visits and develop good understanding of products and acquire competitive knowledge
  • Submit accurate monthly forecasts as well as daily reports
  • Take lead role in communications and development of new business opportunites for the company.
  • Analyse Data for Marketing Strategy

Required Skills or Experience

  • Knowledge in the Mobile Payments or Mobile Value  Added Service Industry and Field Experience is an advantage.
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Pitching technical products and/or services
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
  • Developing quotes and proposals
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
  • Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
