Job Description

Purpose of the position

• The position will develop and research new investment ideas for clients, perform continuing due diligence on both new and existing investments.
• The Investment Analyst ensures that all investment processes comply with Nimed’s Mission, Vision, Core Values and standards. The position reports to the Senior Investment Analyst

What you’ll do

• Deposit and revenue mobilization to develop, grow and expand both new and existing investment portfolios.
• Deliver fundamental and risk-based investment insights to clients, ensuring  they understand a strategy’s return profile and role in a portfolio
• Proactively identify opportunities to promote Nimed’s products and capabilities to clients based on their specific needs.
• Conducts market research and analysis
• Provide excellent customer service to clients by building positive relationships 
• Taking initiative to identify client needs and provide service that meets or exceed expectations
• Participate in investment research, due diligence, risk management, and portfolio monitoring

Required Skills or Experience

Who we’re looking for

• You have completed Ghana Securities and  Exchange Commission (GSEC) course
• You have 3 years of relevant analyst experience in assets management
• You have Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical ability combined with excellent implementation skills
• Genuine passion for customer service and quality with a highly collaborative approach 
• You have in-depth understanding of local financial markets
