You design and sell training packages, organize training, win/manage client relationships

Required Skills or Experience

The right person must have:

• Hands-on face-to-face service marketing experience.
• External selling experience involving prospecting
• Proven ability to sell to, and manage relationship with, corporate institutions.
• Strategic and conceptual selling skills.
• Ability to lead a sales team to achieve targets.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational efficiency and admin skills.
• Proven track record of high performance.
• Relevant contacts or networks in the marketplace
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in selling services.

Other Requirements:

• Degree from reputable university (first class or upper second class is an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum 5 years business development experience
• Able to set and Achieve targets
• Passionate Marketer
• Experience marketing services is key
• Matured with proven ability to lead
• Good client-facing presentation skills
• Ability to facilitate training could be an asset
• Experience in law firm , Accounting firm, Consulting could be an asset
• Passion to learn and apply new knowledge in solving business problems.
