Job Description

A Property Development Organization (Client) seeks the services of competent and experienced individuals for the following position: Supervising Architect

• Job Location/Region: Eastern Region
• Employment Type: Contract
• Contract: 6-12months
• Report to: Project Director

Supervising Architect Responsibilities

• Planning all phases of the project and ensure completion of the project within specified period.
• Supervising building works to ensure it meets design specifications.
• Liaise with contractors and sub-contractors on issues related to architectural works.
• Supervising and inspecting related construction materials to ensure they are of good quality.
• Supervising and ensuring optimum use of materials on site to avoid waste
• Supervising and managing labour on site
• Monitor staff productivity and provide constructive feedback
• Supervising the compliance with all rules and regulations governing the site
• Developing project progress reports.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and requested.

Remuneration

 Gross Salary - GHS 8,000.00 (6-12 months' contract period)      

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or any related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Development / Construction Industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
