Job Description

Our client collects liquid and organic solid waste to produce energy and compost through the processes of bio-digestion, gas combustion and composting.

We are seeking a Plant Manager who will be responsible for the followng:

• taking the lead in implementing strategies and providing a clear sense of direction and focus to optimise total company performance
• ensuring strict implementation of health and safety plans and trainig and instruction for staff and visitors.
• meet processing, electricity production compost production and financial Key Performance Indicators and optimise operations in terms of cost per unit output

Required Skills or Experience

The prospective candidate should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Bio-Process Technology, Business Administration or similar
• 5 years experience in plant operations
• adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources)
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
• Proficient in of MS Office
