A reputable Company within FMCG industry seek to recruit for the following position: Sales Supervisor

Reporting To: Zonal Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Create Sales either through existing Distributers by increasing target as well as prospect for new distributors 
• Ensure secondary sales at the distributers point to reduce shelf life
• Research on competitors product including strength and weaknesses, product information, pricing, market share and overall market size of our product including demographic information, Segment and location
• Train and Monitor Secondary sales team
• Target setting for the Secondary sales team
• Liaise with Warehouse to ensure product reach distributors in good condition and on time 
• Prepare  daily/ weekly sales  report
• Update DSR and payment

Required Skills or Experience

• Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s Degree in relevant field an MBA will be added advantage
• Experience: A minimum of Five years’ experience in the FMCG Sector
