A reputable Company within FMCG industry seek to recruit for the following position: Warehouse Manager

Reporting To: Supply Chain Head

Responsibilities

• All operations related to Warehouses including dispatching of goods to customers
• Lead all ERP transactions in MS Dynamics pertaining to warehouse
• MIS preparation ( opening stock, issue receipts, reconciliation on daily basis and inventory )
• Warehouse monitoring (i.e. stock taking, stock card Weekly and monthly review)
• People related decisions pertaining to warehouse.
• liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies
• plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
• use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
• have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these
• respond to and deal with customer communication by email and telephone
• keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
• plan future capacity requirements
• motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
• brief your immediate Manager  on a daily basis on issues pertaining to Warehousing
• visit customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
• oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
• Proper Filing of document which are pertaining to warehouse.
• Address customer queries and issue on immediate basis.
• Built up relation between your subordinate and colleagues.
• Treat your customer other than Distributor in well manner (Production team, R& D team, Procurement Team, Sales and marketing team and other.)
• Daily Reporting to your Line manager on day to day activities related to work

Required Skills or Experience

• Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s Degree in relevant field an MBA will be added advantage
• Experience: A minimum of Five years’ experience in the Manufacturing / FMCG Sector Preferred candidate must have excellent knowledge in ERP Application
