A reputable Phamaceutical Company based in Tamale is looking for competent  Indian national, to manage the operations of the company as the General Manager. He will report direct to the C.E.O.

Duties:

• Develops strategies and plans to acquire customers for the company
• Maintains marketing and sale staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Ensure that probationary employees are interviewed twice during the probation period.
• Ensure performance management system of the company is properly implemented.
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials.
• Formulates business deals by coordinating requirements; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions.

Required Skills or Experience

• Must be Results driven
• Must have good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Must have a valid driver's License and must be prepared to travel inside and outside the region
• Must have Adequate Emotional Intelligence
• Must have Market Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Must have good Presentation Skills
• Must have at Least 5 years working experience
