Job Description

Our client, an automobile company is looking for a well-organized and a proactive Sales Representative to help with their operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing company’s product and also identify new market through effective market research.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Achieve high Sales Productivity levels to meet the required expectations of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a good customer service enhancing the operations of the company
  • Understand new competition and their financial situation in the market
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure all collection activities are conducted timely
  • Prepare regular reports reflecting sales activities.
  • Ensure customers understand the collections procedures and resolve customer complaints and enquires as they arise.
  • Assist customers on the telephone.

  • Sell the products to all prospective customers and to meet sales targets and objectives.
  • Work to achieve the liquidation target identified in the Liquidation Plan.
  • Perform periodic visits to the customers and handle any dispute or problems that may arise.
  • Maintain the existing number of customers and develop new additional regular accounts.
  • Provide support and service to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Provide the Sales Manager with all needed items in the market.
  • To obtain market information about competitors and new products prices for the sales supervisor.
  • Provide proficient and informative Answers for customer requests on sales for the line specializing in.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • 1-2 years’ sales experience in sales or similar position

REQUIREMENT

  • Ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements
  • Must be resilient
  • Commitment to hitting targets
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • High level of sales experience
  • Ability to consolidate the sale and walk the customer through every stage of the deal
  • Effective time management
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to plan and organize daily selling activity to secure new business
  • A good head for figures and understanding of personal finance issues
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • A confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse customer base
