Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

Plan and oversee the mutual business developments of distributors and wholesalers of the Company.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Responsible for channel management and trade partner relationship within the assigned territory
• Responsible for the Company’s sales performance within the assigned territory
• Ensure 100% availability, visibility and price compliance at retail within the territory
• Ensure 100% achievement of monthly and annual sales targets
• Report on daily, weekly and monthly sales to Zonal Head and Head office
• Oversee stock management and ordering process within assigned territory
• Execute activations and business initiatives within assigned territory

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate
• At least 4 years sales experience

• Experience in distributor management
• Strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience
• Ability to network effectively
• Must be energetic and highly innovative
