Job Description

Foreman Responsibilities:

• Organize workers, tools, machinery and materials.
• Supervise construction activities.
• Ensure construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
• Ensure that contractor activities are properly coordinated.
• Ensure that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
• Taking responsibility for health and safety on site.
• Maintain detailed and accurate site reports.
• Communicate project progress to key stakeholders

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or any related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry.
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills required.
• Excellent team player skills and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
