Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Support clients and staff in addressing IT related challenges
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Support the roll-out of new applications
• Collaborate with the Operations Unit in administration of systems and procedures

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of least 3 years' experience in Microsoft SQLServer, ASP.net,  C Sharp or VB, CSS Java script HTML and Excel
• Higher National Diploma or First Degree in  Business Information Technology,
• Business Systems Engineering or related field

PERSONALITY COMPETENCY

• Must have a flair for multitasking and be  willing to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be discreet and able to maintain confidential matters
