Job Description

We are a multi-national company in the hospitality industry. We are looking to hire a Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in our Accra office. The preferred candidate will work closely with the Country Manager to pursue an aggressive sales strategy and close deals, maintain long term relationships with our business partners and manage accounts. 

There will be a base salary compensation. There will also be a commission for every deal that the candidate successfully closes. Transportation and mobile phone credit allowance will be provided as well. 

Required Skills or Experience

1. Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing with at least 2 years of work experience or any Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. 

2. Must be self-motivated

3. Must be a good communicator and an aggressive sales person

4. Must know how to close sales deals with less supervision

5. Must be confident and know how to manage accounts and maintain long term relationships

6. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet and general usage of computers

7. Must be a fast learner and know how to follow instructions

8. Experience in the hospitality or real estate industries is a plus
