Job Profile

• The successful applicant will work in the Admissions and Enrollment team of an educational institution (university).
• The incumbent will report directly to the Director of Enrollment Management.

Job location: East Legon, Accra

Key Responsibilities include:

• Meeting all undergraduate and graduate enrollment targets set for each intake season.
• Advising Enrollment Director and the team on strategies to meeting targets set for the term or academic year.
• Proposing and supporting any lead generation activities undertaken by the team.
• Generating leads and following up on all assigned leads to ensure high conversion rate.
• Speaking with potential students on admissions requirements, program choice and program offerings.
• Keeping accurate and updated records in the recruitment portal.
• Ensuring timely and well-written responses to all enquiries.
• Converting all enquiries into submitted applications and having a quick turnaround on feedback to all applicants.
• Assessing all applications and generating offer letters to qualified students.

Duration: Two-year contract (renewable based upon performance)

Required Skills or Experience

• Preferably a Master’s Degree Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• Demonstrated experience and ability to work effectively in a team, ensuring that deadlines are met and all output is of the highest quality
• Experience working in higher education and also with recruitment
• Exceptional creativity, innovation and ability to adapt
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Demonstrated understanding in product and service marketing
• Experience in working in an international setting that is a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to travel regionally
