Job Description

Our client, a luxury cosmetics organisation is looking for well-organized and proactive Sales Representatives to help with their operations in Ghana.

Role Profile

The successful candidates will source for new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. They will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Specific Duties

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
• Cross-sell beauty products (e.g. serums, body lotions and hair care products)
• Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences
• Promote and serve customers’ needs and concerns to provide quality experience.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• Ensure proper presentation of products to customers
• Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin
• Inform customers on prices and special offers (if any)
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or equivalent in Sales and Marketing
• 3-5 years of Sales and Marketing experience or similar position
• Customer service experience is a plus

 Requirement

• Previous experience as sales representatives or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of makeup, hair care and skin care products
• Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams)
• Understanding of which products suit different skin types
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and pleasant during peak hours
