Job Description

  • Execute strategy to ensure realization of desired business and financial objectives of the franchise and shop-in-shop modules of the firm.
  • Grow reach and presence of the firm by prospecting for and winning full or sub-franchise shops.
  • Grow affiliates based on a shop-in-shop partnership model for the installation and setting up of standalone gaming betting platforms with other betting firms.
  • Manage relationship with franchise shop owners to ensure the duplication of the firm’s culture and positioning at such locations.
  • Assist franchises to drive business by growing traffic to shops and growing volume and value of transactions as well as driving business unto the online platforms.
  • Drive profitability for franchise shops.
  • Improve the customer-friendliness, competitiveness, relevance and profitability of the business by interacting with franchise holders, shop managers and customers where appropriate; on user experience and advising management on product review.
  • Build a network of contacts through telephoning, meeting or attending relevant events in order to make contacts with potential clients.
  • Visit each franchise shop at least once each month.
  • Conduct a minimum of one (1) capacity building exercise quarterly for franchise staff and management to grow knowledge and skills.
  • Undertake any other duties as specified by management

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of two years working experience in a sales and relationship management role.
  • Working experience in the sports betting industry is an advantage.
  • A minimum of a diploma certificate.
  • Proven practical knowledge and excellence in sales and relationship management.
  • Proven team work skills.
  • Creativity thinking to spot new opportunities and to establish rapid growth within the market place.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Initiative and drive.
  • Self-motivated with enthusiasm for meeting targets
