Our client, a globally recognised eye care hospital known for its innovative surgical techniques and acumen in clinical services is currently looking to recruit a proactive Business Development Officer to support their operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will be responsible for execution and implementation of the planned marketing activity

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Execution and implementation of planned marketing activity
• Marketing survey in the respective areas of the allocated centre for new opportunities for brand promotions
• Presenting the innovative or lateral ways of brand promotion
• Responsible for the activities, patient walk in and related turnover
• Explain to prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
• Respond to the client queries regarding the services in a timely fashion.
• Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
• Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan
• Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 2-5 years working experience in a hospital environment.
