Job Description

• Increase client base 
• Clean tools or equipment (Clean and sterilize scissors, combs, clippers, and other instruments)
• Cut and trim hair according to clients' instructions or current hairstyles, using clippers, combs, hand-held blow driers, and scissors.
• Discuss service options or needs with clients.
• Clean work station
• Record services provided receive payment from customers.
• Maintain financial or account records. 
• Maintain client information or service records.
• Curl, color, or straighten hair, using special chemical solutions and equipment.
• Trim client hair.   
• Stay informed of the latest styles and hair care techniques.
• Maintain professional knowledge or certifications.
• Shampoo hair.
• Apply cleansing or conditioning agents to client hair, scalp, or skin.
• Provide face, neck, and scalp massages

Required Skills or Experience

• Applicants should have worked in a barbering shop or a grooming center for a minimum of five years.
• Applicants should have excellent customer service skills and be able to attract or maintain new and old clients.
• Applicants should also be able to communicate fluently in English Language.

He or she should be able to do: 

• Regular Haircut (local)
• Foreign Haircut
• Ladies HairCut/PermCut 
• Hair Design and Tattoo 
• Hair Dye and Bleach
• Face, neck, and scalp massage
• Ability to do dredlocks in addition to the above will be an added advantage.
