Responsibilities

• Coordinate and leading all growth related activities of our college
• Lead future teams
• Strive to improve our college’s market position and achieve financial growth
• Work towards the establishment of new campuses
• Assist in the development and expansion of curricula
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Developing enrolment goals for the team and ensuring they are met
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Researching on market and industry trends
• Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
• Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with trainers, administrative staff, and students to increase enrolment and thereby maximize revenue for the college
• Offer critical and strategic recommendations to management for the growth of the college

Required Skills or Experience

• First Degree in either Marketing, Business Administration or Accounting
• An MBA is a plus
• 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a business development capacity
• Have rich experience in project management
• Must have passion for education             
• Be passionate about work with an ability to work without supervision
• Must have outstanding speaking and writing skills
• Be a critical thinker
