Introduction
We are a reputable Fashion company in Accra seeking to employ a performance driven and a goal oriented Programmer on internship basis. 

PURPOSE

• To design, install, test and ensure maintenance of software systems to help the business become more efficient at providing a better service through all social media platforms.
• To debug programs and test them to ensure they produce the expected results for the company to become a world class online market organisation to show case its brand worldwide.

• Creates, design and build website from scratch e.g. magneto, word press, java etc.
• Creates and modifies computer programs by converting project requirements into code
• Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor, and client.
• Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analysing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
• Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
• Programs the computer by entering coded information.
• Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
• Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
• Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Correct errors by making appropriate changes and then rechecking the program to ensure that the desired results are produced.
•  Conduct trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct.
• Compile and write documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program.
• Consult with managerial and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in  IT (major in Programming)
• At least 1year experience in a similar role
