Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Penetration of carrier customers and Enterprise customer/IT Infrastructure market growth strategy through Market/Operators/ Competitors analysis and insight
  • Make strategic and tactical actions for the growth of specific customers
  • Be able to utilize consultative sales approaches to identify, understand, propose and architect solutions for our customers’ most critical and urgent business needs. Setting up of the appropriate IT infrastructure(Server,Storage,Private cloud and data center facility)and how best these solutions can be applied to specific requests.
  • Be accountable for specific customers, specific opportunities, and or cultivating and closing new business opportunities contributing to top and bottom line growth towards the group’s and Huawei’s business objectives. Be a dynamic, inspirational, and positive evangelist and change agent within Huawei and within Customer organizations.
  • Lead business as well as technical discussions and meetings primarily in the IT infrastructure & data center domains, be comfortable meeting, presenting as well as occasionally represent Huawei as thought leader in speaking engagements at industry events. Also serve as lead in messaging from CIO、GM、SM to the technical ranks of the customer’s organization.

  • Meet the sales target of a specific account.
  •  Build relationships with the specific customers like CXO,IT GM of SM
  • Setup the critical battle field and related protection strategy in specific accounts

Required Skills or Experience

  • A B.Sc./MSc in Communication Engineering (or related degree).
  • 8+ years’ experience in technical selling related activities, out of which 5+ years in IP domain.
  • Strong knowledge of IP domain products such as router, switch, firewall, etc.
  • Knowledge of the complete sales process, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact with engineering and management customers at all levels.
  • The ability to well understand customer’s requirement and deliver the competitive solutions.
  • Strong customer relationships and network in local IP market.
