Job Description

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Taking reservations
• Greeting and advising customers
• Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports
• Liaising with customers, employees, suppliers, licensing authorities and sales representatives
• Ensuring the restaurant is well arranged and neat at all times
• Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of HND from a recognized Institution
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Good interpersonal skills
