Job Description

Reports directly to the Executives of Estate Association

Job Summary:

  • Manage and Supervise workers and works in the Estate.
  • Manage the Estate Security.
  • Organized Meetings and Prepared Minutes, Memos, Circulars, Reports and Letters of reminder.
  • Prepare Payment and Purchasing Vouchers.
  • Prepare and issue cheques on behalf of the Estate.
  • Ensure proper filling and documentation
  • Ensure Payment of Statutory deductions - SSNIT, PAYE.
  • Serve as intermediary between the Estate and utility service providers
  • Attend to all emergencies in the Estate.
  • Keeping proper records on all Outgoing and Incoming residents of the Estate.
  • Assist in renting and managing homes on behalf of clients.
  • Pick up Cheques, bills, letters and documents on behalf of the Estate.
  • Represent the Estate in all Meetings and sittings.
  • General administrative duties.

Required Skills or Experience

  • BSc. Real Estate /Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Property management experience required
