Job Description

A reputable Tier 2 Microfinance Company seeks qualified personnel to fill in the following positions: Branch Manager

An extensive knowledge and understanding of the banking/Microfinance industry in Ghana. Ensuring a smooth branch operation; acting as the main custodian of the branch; liaising with the main office to enhance operational activities of the branch. Will be responsible for supporting all Manager in working to meet or exceed the annual corporate target, preparing and presenting a clear and persuasive sales presentation of the branch.

Required Skills or Experience

1st Degree level education in business related field with at least 5 – 7 years’ experience.
Experience from the banking or financial institution and any additional professional qualification will be an advantage.
Applicant should know that the job involves travelling.
Work within assigned budget controls.
Assist with the daily operational oversight of the branch to ensure:
- Consistent implementation of operations and procedures as written in manuals.
- Branch and teller cash limits remain within established guidelines.
- Quality or work produced in the branch meets guidelines and expectations.
- Prepare and maintain all reports for branch such as appraisals.
