Job Description

Our client, a world class integrated technical solutions Company with the aim of delivering cutting edge technical and management solutions is looking to hire a proactive Account and Admin Officer to support their operations in Ghana.

ROLE PROFILE

The successful candidate must be a self-motivated, and capable of managing his or her work load and prioritizing tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate executive communication and disburse funds as approved by management and ensuring timely feedback mechanism.
  • Daily cash transaction management and updates to the Managing Director.
  • Preparation of monthly accounts – Extraction of monthly trial balances, trading profit/ loss account, balance sheet, bank reconciliation, financial variances and reporting.
  • Raising of invoices, maintaining accurate records of client(s)/vendor(s) accounts and monthly presentation of status to the Managing Director.
  • Maintaining accurate record of projects status for the purpose of invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and partners.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
  • Maintain an organized filling system of paper and electronic documents.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Supervise all financial reports and pricing on a daily basis
  • Prepare various financial reports and submit it to regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain records of all data and evaluate it to recommend product improvements.

Required Skills or Experience

  • BSc in administration (Accounting Option) Or HND
  • Minimum of 2 + years of Hands on experience.
