URGENT REQUEST FOR APPLICATIONS  FOR TECHNICAL CONTRACT SERVICES

Requests for applications from eligible Contractors to provide labour and to manage manpower resources independent of the Company in Western Region. 

Contract Purpose and Scope
The contract is centered on recruitment, Payroll, training, safety and welfare of all Technical Contract Staff at the Factory in line with the contract agreement so as to promote a peaceful working environment. 

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of HND or equivalent qualification from an accredited institution 
• Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in labour Management and in complex organizations 
• Knowledge and understanding of Factory operations is an added advantage

Skills (practiced capability/ behaviour)

• Experience of complex negotiations / consultations
• Knowledge of Ghana Labour, International Labour Organisation Laws 
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
