Total Family Health Organisation (TFHO) is an indigenous Ghanaian social marketing organization duly registered in accordance with the laws of Ghana on February 1, 2017. We work to improve the health of people living in Ghana primarily through implementation of innovative evidence-based interventions that increases access to and utilization of health products and services in a measurable and impactful way. Our key intervention areas include Family Planning and Reproductive Health, Maternal, New-born, and Child Health (RMNCH), communicable and noncommunicable diseases, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), nutrition, and malaria. We utilize our deep insight and skills in Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) and social marketing to promote positive social and behavior change among individuals and communities.

Job Description

Background
TFHO is a local Social Marketing Organisation that promotes healthier lives by providing quality health commodities.
TFHO currently focuses on socially marketed family planning commodities, Water Sanitation and Hygiene commodities, as well Maternal and Child Health commodities.

Why the Need
As part of plans to create awareness of and demand for our socially marketed commodities, TFHO will communicate via mass media to reach out to target consumers. The team is looking for a small Advertising Agency that will be responsible for the development and production of advertising materials for TFHO and its product portfolio.

Engagement Duration: 3 months

Key responsibilities

• Produce TV campaigns for TFHO and its product portfolio  
• Produce Radio campaigns for TFHO and its product portfolio  
• Produce Billboard/Outdoor campaigns to augment the above

Key competencies required

• High-level creative thinking and must be able to demonstrate an understanding of client’s objectives and requirements
• An impressive conceptual outlook and ability to produce original ideas and campaigns that give a project an edge
• Ability to deliver project according to schedule
• Track record of successful campaigns & executions
